Selects the Non-ASTRO Hot List (MDC, DTMF, or Quik-Call II) to be used for the current Conventional Personality. The radio-user is then able to select individual Call Hot List members while operating in Conventional communications mode. Call Hot List Members allow for Selective Call or Call Alert communications to individual or groups of radios.
When the Rx Voice / Signal Type field is "Non-ASTRO" or "Mixed Mode", and
when the Non-ASTRO Signalling Type field is not equal to "None".
